Property rentals - our services

On request of our customers we provide assistance in renting out their property.

We take care of the following: 

Long Term Rental:

- Advertising of the property, screening of potential tenants

- Drawing up of rental agreements, inventory

- CEE / Energy Efficiency Certificate, habitation certificate

- Assessment in regards to fiscal aspects of property rental (non-residents and residents), deposit procedure, Modelo 600

Short Term Rental:

- Obtaining of touristic rental license, favourable report of the Town Hall, compliance fire extinguishers and evacuation plan, registration with Guardia Civil etc 

- CEE / Energy Efficiency Certificate, habitation certificate

- Tax assessment
